The use of special Search functions will use tabs that are common to many of the lists within AtlasMaestro.

Creating and Saving an Advanced Search

1. Go to Clients (Clients:Clients). In this example, we’ll create an Advanced Search to find members of a Category that has been set up for clients.
2. Click the Advanced tab (located below the word “Clients”).
3. Change the selection “clients.id” to “clients.category” in the first pulldown menu.
4. Change the value “=” to “like” in the second pulldown menu (this means “contains”). We use this because a client may have multiple categories assigned – if you searched for only the specific Category name then a client which has multiple categories assigned, including the Category you’re looking for, would not show up in the search results.
5. Type the name of the Category in the text field and click “Search”.
6. If one or more clients are shown in the search results, then your search worked.
7. If the search worked as expected, then click “Save Search” and name the search.
8. If the search did not work, try repeating steps 2 through 5 to see if you get a different result (perhaps there was a typographical error in your text entry).
9. Once you have successfully defined this search, click “Load Search” and you will see your new Advanced Search appear in the list of searches you may load.
10. When a user saves an Advanced Search, that saved search will be available only to the user who saved it. To make a saved search available to all users, go to Saved Searches/Sorts under the System menu and edit that Search, checking the “global” checkbox.

The new pricing structure has four separate tiers based on usage needs. The first tier, or Basic Subscription Level, includes up to three system users, one publication, up to five-thousand subscribers, and up to five-thousand bulk marketing messages each month, and is completely free. The second tier, or Professional Subscription Level, includes up to ten system users, three publications, up to fifteen-thousand subscribers, and up to fifty-thousand bulk marketing messages each month, and has a price of $99 per month. The third tier, or Enterprise Subscription Level, includes unlimited system users, unlimited publications, unlimited subscribers, and unlimited bulk marketing messages each month, and has a price of $499 per month. And the fourth tier, or MaestroMax Subscription Level, allows large newspaper groups to issue an unlimited number of Professional and Enterprise subscriptions to their individual properties within a private environment on a dedicated server, and includes a corporate-level dashboard to track and share the sales activity of all properties in real-time, and has a price of $799 per month.

1. Go to the “Administrator” sidebar.
2. Click the “New User…” option.
3. Fill in the “first name” and “last name” fields, along with “log in name”.
4. Enter a password in the two password fields.
5. Enter the e-mail address.
6. You may also select a department and set an employee number (this is for your own records and is not required).
7. The visual theme option defines the look and feel of the AtlasMaestro system for the user.
8. If you check “administrator”, the user will have access to all areas of your AtlasMaestro system. If you check “revoked”, the user will not be able to log in to the system.
9. Save the new User.
10. After you have Saved the new user, you may now add one or more “roles” for that User.
